The kernel set a composition's affine caches attend with
(KvStorageScheme.kernels): unfused, mlx-lm's port for every read;
tiled-causal, OptiQ's wrapper rule where the tiled port takes the bits,
group size and activation dtype and the unfused port where it does not, as
the served path computed each configuration. Resolved for each cache when its
quantized storage is built.
