mx.slice with start as an ARRAY and the output shape as constants —
the shapeless-compile-safe slice (mlx's Slice primitive cannot infer
output shapes; DynamicSlice's output shape IS sliceSize). Used only
inside compiled-decode traces for subrange slices whose bounds are
per-layer constants (full-range slices get simplified away and need
no substitute). Values identical to slice.
