The schematic LEAD-PATCH prompt: the article's current lead + the chunk + the inlined footnote/correction contract. The lead is where an entity's headline verdict lives, so the CORRECTION rule is the load-bearing one. When a kind is classified, the lead resolves to a CLEAN current-state summary (evolution) or a silent overwrite (error); otherwise the default provenance-preserving fold runs.
