takes the full cited section prose + a minimal kind: thing infobox; the
parent keeps a summary + *Main article: [[Child]]*. Every [^N]: definition
referenced by the moved section is copied to the child; the parent's resulting
orphan defs are dropped by NORMALIZE. The word-floor gate is intentionally NOT
applied (a split is a sanctioned move) — both halves are validated structurally
footnote-bijectively instead, and the split is a NO-OP (null) if either
fails. Pure with respect to disk.
