    Interface OrdinaryContinuation

    A replayable ordinary request: what the cache service checkpoints it under (ContinuationRequest), how often the scheduler offers a checkpoint, and the sampler recovery a resumed generation runs. No store knowledge enters the driver; the cache service resumes and checkpoints it.
