changed: boolean

True when the on-disk content changed.

content: string

The article with the refreshed single ```info block (raw — caller NORMALIZEs).

fields: string[]

The final ordered infobox field lines.

reason: string | null

Set when the refresh was rejected (e.g. it would yield >1 info block).
